The workshop will run on Sunday 26 November 2017 from 10am to 4pm (including 1 hour lunch break) at The Art School, Royal Grammar School, High Street, Guildford GU1 3BB.

The cost is £55.00 (paid cash on the day) and includes all materials but you will need to bring refreshments and an apron. Bring a small piece of your work and give us a bit about your background.

Post-course testimonials:

"I didn’t really know what to expect and I felt quite nervous as I had no idea how good or bad I was going to be at it....but I had he best time! It was very liberating to do the tasks set by Andrew and trialling different techniques. I certainly know more about abstract art now and realise not all modern art can be called abstract like the decorative art you buy in shops. I’d be very keen to do more classes" EF

I had a really great day and it has given me a lot to think about. I spent the following week reading around the subjects Andrew discussed in the class and finishing off the painting I had started. It has certainly given me more clarity regarding the focus of my work and direction I want to take it in and has therefore given me a confidence and motivational boost. The day was very well paced and Andrew was able to pack in a lot of information and exercises without it feeling too rushed. I have attended many workshops over the years, and this was by far the best. It was also a real pleasure to spend the day with like minded people in such a wonderful setting. The cost was affordable and gave great value. I would love to do it again! SF
